As mentioned earlier, this has already been a busy week in the Sawmill Area.
Saturday we had a presentation regarding the proposed National Institute of Flamenco/Tierra Adentro charter school buildings the corner of 18th and Bellamah (more info to follow soon).
Sunday we held SANA’s Annual Membership Meeting and were lucky enough to have a number of great speakers and great neighbors give brief presentations, and incredibly generous gifts as door prizes!
And Tuesday night, at our regular Board meeting, City Councilor Isaac Benton will be presenting the latest versions of the Sawmill/Wells Park Traffic Study, including plans for the long-beleaguered intersection at 12th and Sawmill. And if that weren’t enough, we’ll be talking about the latest on the Laun-Dry spill and electing the SANA Board Officers for the coming year. (Click for the full agenda.)
As always, the meeting will be at the Sawmill Lofts at 1801 Bellamah NW. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
